Azure on the beach

Luxury duplex beach houses on the NSW Mid North Coast completed in November 2005.
Integrated marketing campaign developed and launched in July 2006 involving:

- Targeted press advertising
- Public Relations strategy
- Sales Staff incentives
- Aggressive, innovative monthly co-op promotions
- Development of an online presence & activity
- A corporate alliance with Thrifty Car Rental

By the end of the 5th month of the campaign, Azure was enjoying occupancy levels of around 65-70% - equal to or better than local established competition.

Syco Fitness

Based on the Gold Coast / Tweed border, Syco Fitness is involved in the development of new and innovative sports and fitness equipment.
MWC was commissioned to conduct market research into the global fitness and leisure industry trends, target market analysis and demand for a new product, resulting in the compilation and delivery of a comprehensive 7,500 word report.

Throughout development, the profile of SYCO XT received significant enhancement via regular PR activity, winning it’s heat on ABC TV’s The New Inventers, a guest spot and demonstration on Mornings with Kerri-Anne on the NINE Network, as well as demonstrations at the Alpine Winter Festival – Sydney, and numerous Surf carnivals down the Australian East Coast.
Development of this exciting new product is now complete, with the SYCO XT currently being rolled out in several key markets around the globe.

Australian Gourmet Traveller

Australia’s premier food and travel magazine hosts regular dinners for their readers in some of the country’s finest restaurants.
MWC representing the Gourmet Traveller brand, managed many of these events in cities all over the country, liaising with restaurant managers, chefs, wine critics, sponsors and other stakeholders, ensuring all events were executed in line with the publications brand values, and guests enjoyed a true gourmet experience.

MWC managed all aspects of their B2B & B2C marketing activity, including design and execution of annual marketing plans, retail partner contracting, advertising campaign design and execution, project management of the www.BalionANYbudget.com.au website and consumer booking engine, representation at consumer and trade expos and events, as well as ongoing incentives and promotions, all designed to increase market share and profile in this highly competitive market.

San Michele Travel

San Michele Travel is positioned as the ‘Asia Experts’, but like much of the global travel industry, has suffered as a result of the recent economic downturn.
Recent B2C marketing activity centred on ‘Asia Afloat’, an innovative travel expo on Sydney Harbour.
With appropriate promotion via Radio 2UE, metro media, database marketing, industry sponsorship, a targeted PR strategy, and appropriate consumer incentives, ‘Asia Afloat’ resulted in a 25% sales conversion ‘on the day’ as well as significant growth in the database.
San Michele’s successful presence at the 2007 Sydney Holiday & Travel Show was produced and coordinated in conjunction with MWC and our visual display / expo Marketing Alliance partner.

Gourmet Deli and Coffee Shop

Nestled in the foot of the NSW Blue Mountains, Deli Glenbrook has gained an enviable reputation amongst local mountain folk as ‘the place’ for coffee, lunch and gourmet take away meals.

A recent branding campaign, covering everything from uniforms to crockery, and food containers to furniture, as well as a new customer loyalty program, was designed with the express intention of enhancing the value of the Deli Glenbrook brand, differentiating it from it’s competitors, and ensure it remains synonymous with quality coffee, meals and service for both locals and visitors alike.
